OSI's Customer Service Assurance products are leveraged to rapidly implement domain solutions for specific telecommunication technologies in the wireline and wireless space.

    Products are categorized into the following application areas:
  • Customer Health - Customer SLA, Experience Analysis, and Insight of corporations, groups within corporations, and individuals leverage extended data sources specific to an individual customer whether through signaling data, user agents, and usage data. The Customer Health applications are enabled by OSI's NetExpert Neon enabling technologies.
  • Service Health - Service Quality and Impact management leveraging industry standard portal technology for a holistic view of critical customer services. Included is an industry-leading fit-for-purpose modeler for modeling domain specific service models such as but not limited to IPTV, Wireless, and Transmission services. Service Impact Analysis capabilities allows a service operations engineer to execute "what-if?" scenarios to determine potential single points of failure in service impacting resources. Service improvements can also be automated through closed-loop triage of resources such as automating resets for critical network elements, set-top-boxes, cards, and cell sites. The Service Health applications are enabled by OSI's NetExpert Neon enabling technologies.
  • Network Health - Network Fault, Performance Management and Activation are enabled through our NetExpert framework and applications
  • OSI's Assurance solutions can be summarized into the following high-level capabilities which are tuned for carrier-grade scalability and throughput:

    • service impact and propagation
    • service quality management
    • service root cause analysis, and
    • service Key Performance and Quality Indicator (KPI/KQI) management.
