Objective Systems Integrators (OSI) a wholly owned subsidiary of Sobha Renaissance Information Technology (SRIT) (To learn more, please visit www.renaissance-it.com), develops and maintains its flagship NETeXPERT NGOSS framework, which is used throughout the world by leading Communication Service Providers, System Integration and Enterprise Institutions.

The NETeXPERT NGOSS Framework is used for Service Assurance and Fulfillment solutions.

The OSI team is comprised of highly skilled individuals each experienced with several years in delivering complex mission-critical software systems. Our specialty is distributed Operational Support Systems (OSS) and Business Support Systems (BSS) development, deployment and training. OSI has experience with integrating systems that require multi-protocol, cross-platform, and cross-domain functionality.

Founded in 1989, Objective Systems Integrators provides software that simplifies network integration and management by enabling the object- oriented modeling of complex networks and business processes. The companies' flagship product, NetExpert (TM), is a TMN-based framework that provides a distributable base for easily customized applications written using programmer-less expert rules. This approach greatly reduces time to market for OSI customers who need to integrate merging technologies and quickly generate revenue with new services. Headquartered in Folsom, Calf. OSI has offices throughout the United States, and in Europe and Asia Pacific.

1995-2001, OSI was traded on NASDAQ as OSII. OSI began to roll out various applications and solutions on top of NETeXPERT framework. These applications include Fault Management (FM eXEL), Performance Management (PM eXEL), Configuration Management (CM eXEL), and Accounting Management (AM eXEL). NETeXPERT Virtual Service Management (VSM) was the new brand for NetExpert framework. Furthermore NETeXPERT Virtual Process Management (VPM) was included for end-to-end business process automation. All components were then in support of the Unified Management Architecture (UMA) in accelerating OSS solutions for wireless, wireline and IP Communication Services. Domain specific solutions, NETeXEC series, were implemented for DSL, ASP, IP, and VoIP.

2001-2007, OSI was consolidated under the Agilent OSS Division as the NETeXPERT business and integrated with QoS Manager, Wireless QoS Manager, AcceSS7, NGNAS, and other Test and Measurement solutions to provide the overarching service management integration, correlation, and customer impact dash boards. Agilent began to divest non-core business lines to refocus the company on its strengths in Test and Measurement.

The NetExpert Business Unit was purchased by SRIT in April 2007.

SRIT would operate NETeXPERT business as a wholly-owned subsidiary trading around the world as Objective Systems Integrators (OSI)

  • OSI will be headquartered in Roseville, California
