
Hamish Butler
CEO
Mr. Butler has 20 years experience in telecommunications, working at a senior management level for the last 5 years, most recently in Agilent Technologies OSS business. Following the divestiture of Agilent’s NETeXPERT OSS business in June 2007 Hamish was appointed CEO and member of the board of OSI Inc.
After graduating in 1984 Hamish joined Hewlett-Packard’s Queensferry Telecom Division at the South Queensferry, Scotland site in 1988. After working in SW development Hamish has held R&D management roles at all levels, initially working in the optical and wireless communications test divisions, in 2004 Hamish transferred to Agilent’s OSS division. In addition to his time in R&D Hamish was the General Manager for the Transmission and Transport Test Operation from 2002 through late 2003. Hamish was appointed to be the NETeXPERT General Manager in July 2005.
Hamish holds a B.Sc. in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, and a M.Sc. in Digital Systems Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. Hamish is a Chartered Engineer and member of the IET and IEEE.
Randy Custeau
Vice President, WW Marketing and Sales
Mr. Custeau has 20 years of telecommunications-related experience at both product vendor companies and service providers. He has held a variety of sales, marketing and research and development leadership positions. Mr. Custeau is an Advisory Board member of the Telemanagement Forum (TMF), the leading OSS/BSS standards body.
For the past decade Mr. Custeau has focused on the vision, proposal, management, analysis, architecture and development of system software for service providers, primarily in the customer-experience, service and network management areas.
For Objective Systems Integrators, Mr. Custeau presently oversees world-wide sales marketing, including strategy, new business development and marketing communications. The current portfolio is part of the Sobha Renaissance IT Telecom portfolio which includes OSS, BSS and Business Process Outsourcing solutions for convergent service providers.
Steve Kleinbach
Vice President, WW Product Development
Mr. Kleinbach received his Bachelor’s Degree in EE & CS from the University of Colorado in 1985, and his Masters in CIS with an Industry Leader Award from the Golden Gate University in 1998. He has over 20 years of experience, having worked for both OSS & BSS software vendors, and telecom service providers and has held a variety of engineering positions in the OSS & BSS areas, as well as research and development leadership positions for OSS applications & framework product development. Over the last 10 years, Mr. Kleinbach has focused on development, software product life cycle management, project management, quality assurance and documentation of network/service management software for service providers.
For Objective Systems Integrators, Mr. Kleinbach is responsible for application and framework product development. The current portfolio is part of the Sobha Renaissance’s IT Telecom portfolio which includes OSS, BSS and Business Process Outsourcing solutions for convergent service providers.
Blair Albertson
Director, WW Professional Services
Mr. Albertson holds a degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University. He has also done his MBA and Master of Science in Engineering from San Jose State University.
Mr. Albertson has 10 years of telecommunications-related experience with Agilent Technologies. He has held a variety of leadership positions in marketing and professional services.
For Objective Systems Integrators, Mr. Albertson presently oversees world-wide professional services, and is directly involved with building global delivery capacity to support business growth for the portfolio of solutions that are part of Sobha Renaissance IT Telecom which includes OSS, BSS and Business Process Outsourcing solutions for convergent service providers.
