Network Health
Fault and Performance Management for vendor-neutral protocol-independent event management, topology-based root-cause correlation, network KPI collection and real-time thresholding leveraging a robust and scalable architecture with rich thick-clients and web-clients for alert/exception management, dynamic topology, and reporting. NetExpert for Network Health is built upon a distributed architecture of protocol agents, gateways, distributed policy-engines, rule-engines, and a flexible Managed Information Model for network topology modeling.
Service Health
Service Quality and Impact Management leveraging industry standard portal technology for a holistic view of critical customer services. Included is an industry-leading fit-for-purpose modeler for modeling domain templates for LTE, Wireless, and Transmission services. This, coupled with a highly flexible Service Modeler that allows for run-time on-the-fly changes with no maintenance windows required, ensures accurate presentation of service characteristics and up-to-date models. Service improvement can be automated through closed-loop triage of resources such as automating resets for critical network elements.
Customer Health
The NetExpert platform provides easy-to-understand and actionable information regarding Customer SLA compliance, Experience Analysis, and provides aggregated insight into groups, corporations, and individuals. The Customer Health application leverages extended data sources specific to an individual customer through use of signaling data, user agents, and usage data.
Fulfillment
Fulfillment applications include NetExpert-based service activation and integrations to other OSS systems for end-to-end provisioning and order entry. Users of NetExpert leverage its flexible service activation objects and dialogs to map service order attributes into domain specific commands.
